It is hard to believe that in this energy-challenged environment, and with the mayor (supposedly) a strong voice for the greening of NY while creating jobs--that there are no plans for WINDMILLS!!!
Wouldn't such a structure harken back to the city's early history and harness the predictably stiff winds that will move us into a cleaner and more efficient future?
