The Rutgers USGS Topo Quad Map Depot has moved to the elibrary.rutgers.edu server over in geography. It is a great free resource that I have explored previously.

NJ State Atlas has both the USGS topo maps and NJ's 1930s aerial photography in a Google Maps interface.
