Well, I don't mind admitting that I was wrong. When we visited the Kentlands this fall, some students asked me about prices and I guessed. (I knew better than to guess) It had been a while since I looked at real estate listings for the area and I guessed a little low.I found a few real estate sites for the Kentlands area and discovered that a house like the ones above might go for about $1.2 million. Are they paying for the house or the new urbanist sense of community?
