Students!

Why not do some visual charettte or landscape model of the cumulative impacts of natural gas fracking on NY state's southern tier?

If people can see the results, that would add real value to the current debate.

Timely and important work!

I've seen GIS analysis by PA DEP on the loss of state forests, but it did not include visual simulations.

The National parks Service did a wonderful visual impact analysis on the peer line through the Delaware Watergap -

we desperately need that kind of work for gas wells in forests and farms!

Google "pipe line walkers" for some interesting work illustrating the damage of pipeline corridor ROW's.
